Naval Vessel Protection Zone Warning

At the Boating Advisories web site, you can read the regulations regarding approaching a U.S. Naval vessel. The U.S. Coast Guard published on June 4, 2002, a final rule making permanent the protection zones extending 500 yards around all U.S. naval vessels in navigable waters of the United States within the boundaries of Coast Guard Pacific Area.
